Oceanic Perfect Serve - Gin and Tonic
First ice, then gin and lastly add Tonic!
Let’s take a look at what you’ll need…
Cocktail Equipment
Serving Glass - We prefer to use a Collins glass for our perfect serves.
Paring Knife - A paring knife is basically a mini knife with a small blade that offers greater versatility and precision. Paring knives are great for peeling and prepping citrus and other garnishes.
Ingredients for the Oceanic Perfect Serve - Gin and Tonic
Ice – For that perfectly chilled cocktail.
Cape Saint Blaize Oceanic Gin
Tonic Water - Preferably use a premium tonic.
Garnish
Fresh Orange Zest – The outermost layer of the peel known as the flavedo. This layer contains loads of natural oils that are full or flavour.
Star Anise – Add 1 or 2 pieces. Unmistakable as the primary flavour in black licorice and many herbal liqueurs, Star Anise adds a fragrant complexity that complements sweet, fruity drinks as well as most brown spirits
Cinnamon Quill – Add 1 stick for that warm, spicy cinnamon note.
